Lisa Aghabi is currently the Head Launch ESO/STO Americas at Sandoz, where they lead the launch and transfer execution programs for the Americas region. With extensive experience in quality systems, compliance, and aseptic processing, Lisa has previously held key positions at Novartis, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson, contributing significantly to quality assurance and project management across the pharmaceutical industry. They have been recognized for their ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance compliance and operational efficiency, notably integrating oversight models and achieving zero-item results during regulatory inspections. Lisa earned a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan and has cultivated a reputation for excellence in managing complex projects and engaging cross-functional teams.
