Luca Hammel, CFA, is currently the Director of Capital Markets & Risk at Sandoz, where they have been involved since 2025. Previously, Luca held various treasury roles, including Associate Director of US Treasury at Novartis and Global Treasury Front Office Head at Dufry Group. Luca began their finance career with an internship in CHF Debt Syndicate at UBS Investment Bank in 2011. They earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Basel and a Master’s degree from the University of Zurich, in addition to obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
