Luiza Lopes

Luiza Lopes currently serves as the People & Organization Director at Sandoz, a role commenced in August 2023. Prior to this, Luiza held various positions at Novartis from March 2010 to July 2023, including Sr HR Business Partner Manager and DE&I lead for Brazil, along with being the HR Head for the Customer & Technology Solutions organization. Responsibilities included understanding business needs, implementing strategic HR solutions, and managing HR activities during the merger and acquisition of GSK Oncology. Luiza's earlier experience includes HR consulting for Grupo Foco and an internship in HR and Administrative Projects with Secretaria do Emprego & Relações do Trabalho. Luiza's educational background includes a psychology degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a certificate in business and people management from Insper, and advanced studies at Fundação Dom Cabral.
