Maksym Ihnatenko

Maksym Ihnatenko is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Global Senior FP&A Manager for Sandoz since April 2014. In this role, Maksym is responsible for formulating long-term commercial strategies and managing global finance projects to enhance portfolio profitability. Previous positions include Global Finance/BPA Manager, where significant contributions included developing advanced analytical tools and leading the optimization of planning processes, and various controller roles that involved budget development, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Maksym holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Economy and Management, graduating cum laude from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. Achievements include receiving the Sandoz Global Award for Productivity & Value Creation in 2017 and successfully implementing a Business Intelligence Portal for Planning and Reporting.
