Markus Lesmann is currently the Global Head of Legal P&O at Sandoz, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served in several legal roles within Sandoz, including as Director and Head of Legal Trade Sanctions. Additionally, they have extensive experience in the legal sector, having held positions at UBS AG, where they were the Head of Employment Legal Switzerland, and other firms such as Vischer Rechtsanwälte und Notare and Baloise. Markus has also contributed to governance in the legal field as a member of the Board of Directors for both Bauverein Oekolampad and UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG. Prior to their current role, they worked at Art Basel as an Assistant.
