Mary Boca

Mary Boca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital technology initiatives and product management across leading companies in the pharmaceutical and IT industries. Currently serving as Global Lead for Platforms Development Management at Sandoz since May 2023, Mary oversees large-scale digital projects and manages a diverse portfolio of programs. Previously, during a tenure at Novartis from June 2020 to April 2023, Mary contributed significantly to designing internal solutions for data science, including the development of a self-service platform for machine learning models. Earlier roles at UiPath, Novartis, GENPACT, and Chronotime International demonstrate a strong background in product leadership, project management, and customer engagement, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Bucharest and further studies in Statistics at Università degli Studi di Padova.
