Max Röhner

Max Röhner is a professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and governance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of SpeakUp at Sandoz since May 2023, Max leads a team focused on managing misconduct reports and fostering a safe work environment. Prior experience includes roles at UCB as Ethics & Compliance Partner and Local Data Protection Officer for Central Europe, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to ethical standards and developing comprehensive compliance programs. From January 2013 to March 2021, Max worked at KPMG as a Manager specializing in compliance projects and internal audits. Earlier positions included research assistance at EBS Universität and work in product development at Panasonic. Max holds a Master of Science in Management from EBS Universität, an MBA exchange semester from Korea University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
