Michael Kabelka

Michael Kabelka is currently the ESG Reporting Manager for the Americas at Sandoz, where they oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of ESG-related KPIs for the US and Canada. Previously, they led a team at Novartis, handling financial reporting and GL activities in the CEE region. Michael also served as the Transaction Accounting Team Lead at LUKOIL, managing a team of ten accountants and supervising various accounting tasks for subsidiaries in Belgium and Finland. They began their career as a receptionist at Hotel Rezidence Lundborg and later worked as an assistant auditor at Nexia AP, a.s. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague.
