Michael Lettner

Michael Lettner currently serves as Head of Marketing a.i. at Sandoz Österreich since May 2025 and has held the position of Therapeutical Area Lead 1A Pharma at Sandoz since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing team in Omnichannel, Product Management, and Commercial Sales while implementing the 1A Pharma strategy in Austria. Prior to these roles, Michael was a Pharmacy Team Lead focused on sales team leadership and employee engagement, and has extensive experience in key account management and strategic planning with companies such as Medizin Medien Austria and TUI, where roles included Head of Sales CEE & Franchise, managing a sales department and overseeing marketing budgets. Michael's educational background includes an ongoing MBA program at Hochschule Burgenland, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stenden, and a Matura in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
