Michele Johnson

Michele Johnson is an accomplished procurement and supply chain leader with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Head of FDF Procurement Americas at Sandoz since August 2023, Michele previously held the position of Head ESO Procurement Americas at Novartis from January 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing external supply partners and negotiating contracts. Prior to that, Michele was the Director of Supplier Relationship Management and Strategic Products & Programs at Sandoz, and also served as President of the CRONAU Group, LLC. Additional experience includes consulting roles at OPS Rules and Merck, where Michele contributed to supply chain management, business integration, and clinical supplies operations. Michele holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
