Nataliya Mitko is currently the FRA Head at Sandoz, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Nataliya served as Record to Report Head at Novartis from 2017 to 2022 and as Chief Accountant at Schneider Electric from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Nataliya worked as a Finance Manager with the function of Chief Accountant at SC "Alfa Laval Ukraine" from 2010 to 2015 and as an Accountant at the Institute of Nuclear Research NAS of Ukraine from 2007 to 2010. Nataliya is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree in Finance in Controlling from The Open University and Kiev's National Economical University, respectively.
