Nicola Smith

Nicola Smith is the Head of Global Legal Transactions at Sandoz, where they currently lead legal operations. Nicola gained diverse legal experience through roles at Clifford Chance LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
