Parag De, GRP, currently serves as the Director of Rewards for the APAC and MEA regions at Sandoz since May 2023. Prior to this role, Parag held multiple positions at Novartis from June 2015 to May 2023, including Senior Manager Global Rewards for NTO, CTS, and Corporate functions, as well as Rewards PMO and Change Management Lead and C&B Manager. Experience also includes working as a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards at Deloitte U.S. India offices from September 2014 to June 2015 and serving as Senior Associate Lead in Compensation and Benefits at Infosys from May 2012 to September 2014. Parag holds an MBA in HR and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B-Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
