Philipp Wechner is currently the RA CMC Biosimilars Portfolio Head at Sandoz, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Regulatory CMC Manager in Biopharmaceuticals and held various roles, including Labhead Development for Recombinant Proteins at Sandoz from 2006 to 2008. Philipp also worked as Program Manager for Life Sciences at Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung in 2009 and led the Quality Department for Fruit Preparations at A. Darbo AG from 2009 to 2012. They earned a PhD in Microbiology from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, completing their studies in 2006.
