Sean Hickson

Sean Hickson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and auditing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Director of ERC Monitoring at Sandoz since September 2022, Sean oversees the development of a risk-based regional monitoring program across the US and Canada, while leading incident management investigations. Prior to Sandoz, Sean held key roles at Ernst & Young, managing compliance monitoring and risk assessments, and at Novartis, where significant contributions included establishing a globally recognized compliance analytics program and transforming monitoring programs to adhere to Corporate Integrity Agreement requirements. Sean holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.
