Simon Rečnik is an enthusiastic PharmOps professional with over 20 years of experience in the generics and innovative pharmaceutical industry. Currently, Simon serves as the Site Head of Sandoz Solids in Slovenia, overseeing extensive operations and managing a large team while driving automation and digitalization initiatives. Simon has held various leadership roles in quality management and operations, including member of the Management Board of Lek Pharmaceuticals d.d. and previous Quality Head at Novartis. Simon earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Ljubljana and is a certified coach with ICF training, actively supporting underprivileged children through Rotary service.
