Stefan Pabst

Stefan Pabst is a seasoned professional in laboratory operations and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Laboratory Operations Early Translational Sciences at Sandoz since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stefan held multiple key positions at MorphoSys AG, culminating in a Director position where responsibilities included managing the Analytics Team and leading various analytical projects, contributing significantly to regulatory filings and CMC studies. Stefan's career also includes postdoctoral research fellowships at prestigious institutions such as the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, focusing on advanced biotechnological and proteomics projects.
