Thomas Lühr

Thomas Lühr is currently the Head of Tax Europe at Sandoz, responsible for overseeing tax strategies across the region. Previously, Lühr served as the Country Head of Tax at Novartis Deutschland, managing the in-country tax affairs for one of Novartis' largest markets and leading a team of five advisors. Lühr has experience in corporate tax management, including mergers and acquisitions, and has contributed as a Subject Matter Expert at Novartis UK on a project integrating sites for global flu production. Earlier in their career, Lühr worked at PwC as a Senior Associate in Corporate Tax and began their professional journey as an Income Tax Preparer. Lühr holds an MBA in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
