Tom Errington

Tom Errington is currently an IP Counsel in the Patents Global Litigation & Launch team at Sandoz International GmbH, where they advise on patent litigation strategies and product launch opportunities worldwide (ex-US). They previously practiced as an IP solicitor in the UK for 4.5 years at firms such as CMS and Pinsent Masons. Tom has held various positions, including Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor at Olswang. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class honors from The University of Manchester.
