Tom Van Oudenhove

Tom Van Oudenhove has extensive experience in human resources and rewards, having served as Global Head Rewards Competence Centre at BNP Paribas Fortis from 2006 to 2009, and currently holds the position of Global Head Reward Programs & Operations and Head P&O Switzerland at Sandoz. Prior to these roles, Tom was a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 1999 and worked at Citibank, where they held several management positions in Compensation and Benefits from 1999 to 2003. Tom also worked at Novartis in various leadership capacities related to rewards and compensation from 2010 to 2016. Alongside their professional journey, Tom is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law at Ghent University.
