Torsten Koenig

Torsten Koenig currently serves as the Global Head of Digital Workplace Services at Sandoz since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading and designing end-user services, applications, and platforms. Prior to this role, Koenig held multiple senior positions at Novartis, including Global Head of Content Management, where strategic leadership involved the design and operation of content management solutions for a large user base, as well as managing digital transformation initiatives. Additional roles at Novartis included overseeing technology integration for enterprise content management and ensuring compliance and security within global development IT. Koenig's earlier career included leadership in IT architecture and infrastructure services at Sandoz, and service management at Ebewe Pharma. Koenig holds a Magister in Business Administration and Information Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg and a Magister in Communication and Media Studies from Universität Salzburg.
