Vilas Ghode

Vilas Ghode currently serves as the Head of Engineering and Site Development at Sandoz since March 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Associate Director of Operations & Industrialisation at CNIM MARTIN PRIVATE LIMITED and GM Operations at Boccard. Prior to these positions, Vilas held the role of GM-Operations at Areva and DGM Production at thyssenkrupp rothe erde. Additional experience includes DGM Planning at Cummins Generator Technologies and Production Manager at GALVI ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. Vilas began a career in production as a Production Executive at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited. Academically, Vilas holds a BE in Production Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, and an MMS in Production Management from JDC Bytco Institute of Management and Research, Nashik.
