Tim Dibben currently serves as Quality Control Manager at SandPro, LLC, since January 2025. Previously, Tim held the position of Vice President at Katch Kan from July 2023 to January 2025, overseeing Human Resources, Safety, and Quality standards across Canada and the USA, and managing ISO 9001 and 14001 programs. Prior to that, Tim was Vice President of Safety and Risk at AKITA Drilling Ltd. from June 2022 to July 2023, focusing on safety and risk management in North America. Tim also served as Senior Director of HSE & HR for Akita Drilling USA Corp. from April 2019 to June 2022, leading all Human Resources initiatives in the U.S. Earlier experience includes roles as Transition Manager and HSE & HR Manager at AKITA Drilling Ltd. from July 2007 to April 2019, as well as Driller and Rig Manager from 1998 to 2007. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Alberta and completed further education at the University of Alberta Faculty of Extension between September 2016 and June 2018.
