I'm Sandra, a creative professional with a unique combination of corporate, arts and tech skills, over 35 years in the performing arts, 5 years coaching actors and business professionals in best-practices for showing up on-camera from the home, and over 17 years of experience in video production.

I'm passionate about teaching actionable and accessible practices for creating Work-From-Home on-Camera video setups (WFHC) for individual clients both in corporate and in the arts (actor "self-tape" setups).

I have proven success coaching teens in monologue delivery, acting and sourcing material. I'm so proud of my clients, many of whom have risen to win state-level awards in speech and monologue competitions.

I've successfully trained and lead field research teams all over the globe, representing a company in various locations across several different countries. 
I've elevated numerous clients’ brands from little-to-no internet presence to competitive branding with engaging videos to market a service, course offering or product.

* Effective and skilled actor both on-stage and on-camera, with special detail to the needs of the project and making sure the collaboration is successful.

* Teaching and redesigning on-camera/audio/background setups for the Work-From-Home-on-Camera (WFHC) and actor communities. Specialized knowledge in actors’ audition “self-tapes”, contributing value with data and research that are current, relevant and inclusive.

* Coaching and mentoring high school students in how to find and break break down a monologue while mentoring them toward building self-esteem and nurturing their development of a growth-mindset.

* Behavioral research specialist as it relates to the arts. Understanding the non-verbal and spatial factors that influence how we are perceived by others and how that translates to a stage, corporate or Work-From-Home-on-Camera (WFHC) setting.
