They served as the Associate Director of Loyalty Marketing at Sands China, where they led the development and launch of the Sands Lifestyle loyalty program. Previously, Sofia was the Public Relations Manager at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, overseeing several pre-opening projects including Morpheus and Studio City. They also held various roles at notable organizations such as Galaxy Entertainment Group and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute.
