We help enable the labour market for both Swedish and international talent.

Sandson AB is based in Sweden (Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Gothenburg), and has operated in various forms since 2002.

We are proud of our close collaboration with a wide range of organisations, companies, schools and universities. We are a proud member of EURES, which promotes greater mobility within the European labour market.

As a subcontractor to the Swedish Public Employment Service, we work with the “Rusta och matcha” programme, offering jobseekers in Sweden guidance and support towards employment or further studies.

With support from the EU, through the European Social Fund and Erasmus+, we run projects that give young people and adults the opportunity to undertake work placements across Europe. We also welcome students from other EU countries and help arrange placements with companies in Sweden.
