Michael Hunter

Michael Hunter is the Chief Executive Officer of Sandstone Care, a substance abuse treatment program providing comprehensive care across multiple states. Previously, Michael served as Executive Director at The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake, where the focus was on innovative therapies for addiction, and as Project Manager at Health ICT, overseeing health initiatives in Sedgwick County. Additional roles include Director of Development and Community Outreach at Hunter Health Clinic and business owner of The Private Practice Way, which supports mental health clinicians. Michael's background also includes extensive experience in operations, training in motivational interviewing, and community engagement. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wichita State University and is a Licensed Addictions Counselor.
