Siyi Chen

Siyi (Angela) Chen is a seasoned HR Consultant with extensive experience in various HR roles. Siyi worked as an HR Advisor at Commonwealth Bank from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on customer service excellence and policy contributions. Since 2016, Siyi has been serving as an HR Consultant at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, specializing in position management, data integrity, and system administration within HR technology. Prior to this, Siyi held several HR roles in both international and domestic contexts, including a Senior HR Consultant position at Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2012, where they provided comprehensive HR services to a diverse client base.
