Ben Thompson

Ben Thompson has extensive experience in parts, sales, and service management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as a Parts, Sales, and Service Representative at Sandvik since September 2021, Ben previously held the position of National Service Manager at Epiroc USA LLC from June 2018 to February 2022. Ben also worked at Atlas Copco in various roles, including National Service Operations Manager from September 2014 to February 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction across the store network. Ben further contributed to Atlas Copco URE as Product Manager LHD from October 2010 to August 2014 and began the career as a Service Engineer at Atlas Copco from January 1996 to October 2010. Education was completed at Portland Community College.
