Eva Wikmark Walin

Eva Wikmark Walin currently serves as VP & Global Head of Employee Experience at Sandvik, overseeing talent management, executive search, learning and leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. With extensive experience in human resources, including roles such as Chief People Officer at Transcom and various leadership positions at IBM, Eva has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Additional contributions include serving on the Advisory Board for Executive HUB and participation in women's leadership initiatives. Eva holds an Executive mini MBA from Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square and has pursued additional education in wine and gastronomy.
