Fabio Silva

Fabio Silva has extensive experience in machine operation and production coordination, having worked at Sandvik since July 2007 as a multifunctional operator, specializing in both conventional and CNC lathe operations. Prior to this, Fabio held positions at MAHLE from October 2000 to April 2007, focusing on specialized machine operation and final product inspection, along with training new employees. At Dormer Pramet, from June 2014 to December 2013, Fabio served as a production coordinator and CNC production lathe operator, with responsibilities including programming and operating various CNC lathes and managing production sequencing. Fabio holds a degree in CNC programming and preparation from SENAI São Paulo and a degree in Production Engineering from Estácio, obtained between 2017 and 2022.
