Frida Andersson

Frida Andersson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process ownership and operational excellence within the IT and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Group IT at Sandvik since March 2025, Frida previously held multiple roles at Cint from January 2021 to February 2025, including Finance Operational Excellence and Risk Manager and Head of Group Billing and Process Owner. Frida's career began at Telia, where from April 2010 to January 2021, a progression of roles was undertaken, including Process and Information Owner and Process Manager in the Billing and Collect division, as well as roles in billing and sales management.
