Gillian Pearson

Gillian Pearson oversees global human resources initiatives at Sandvik Coromant, serving as Global HRBP and Talent & Succession Manager since October 2017, and previously as Acting Head of Global HR Services for Sandvik Group since September 2012. With extensive leadership experience across various HR functions, Gillian has driven strategic HR transformations, operational excellence in HR services across Europe, and effective talent management. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Campden BRI and HRSC Manager at Alcoa, where significant improvements in HR processes and compliance were achieved. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization & Management Studies from Lancaster University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
