Johan Mildner

Johan Mildner has over two decades of experience in human resources, predominantly with Sandvik Group, where diverse roles included Head of Industrial Relations and Country HR Coordinator for Sweden, Vice President HR Group Functions, and Head of Talent and Performance. Initiatives led by Johan include managing the HR Delivery Model project and organizational design, as well as overseeing HR transformation projects across various Sandvik divisions. Johan's career began with the Swedish Defense Forces as an instructor, complemented by academic qualifications in sociology from Uppsala University and economics from Borgarskolan.
