Kampale Nsamba

Kampale Nsamba has extensive IT experience, currently serving as the IT Specialist and Data Privacy Lead for Central Africa at Sandvik since May 2015. Prior to this, Kampale worked at IBM as an IT Specialist, providing onsite IT support for Sandvik Mining & Construction. Earlier roles included IT Technician positions at AT Computers and Bookworld, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting, repairs, and database management. Notable achievements include improving client information management efficiencies, reducing problem resolution times by 15 percent, and gaining significant experience in diverse computer hardware and software issues. Kampale holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and multiple CCNA certifications from Copperbelt University.
