Kitty Yu

Kitty Yu currently serves as the Head of Group M&A at Sandvik, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Kitty held the role of Managing Director at Armor Capital from January 2021 to January 2022. Kitty's extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions includes significant positions at Electrolux as Senior Director of Group M&A and Senior Director of Business Development from February 2014 to January 2021, and at ASSA ABLOY as Corporate Development & Legal Affairs Director for the Asia Pacific Region and Legal Consultant in the same region from February 2008 to February 2014. Kitty Yu holds a Master of Laws from USC Gould School of Law, has completed Executive Education Programs at IMD, and possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in UK, EU, and US Copyrights & Related Rights from King's College London.
