Manik Karn

Manik Karn is a strategy, technology, and sustainability enthusiast currently serving as a senior team member within group strategy at Sandvik Machining Solutions. With over 15 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and Africa, Manik previously led global sustainable mining initiatives and contributed to green battery and circular economy programs at Business Sweden. Manik holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Master's in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. Their past roles include positions at Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, and the Swedish Trade Council. Outside of work, Manik enjoys reading, golfing, and practicing yoga and meditation.
