Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Service Integration & Management Delivery for Swish at TietoEVRY, leading the largest mobile payment application in Sweden, and as a Management Consultant where Muna guided digital transformation efforts. Muna's career at Nordea included roles in Business Intelligence, Anti-Money Laundering, and process coordination, emphasizing leadership and regulatory compliance. Muna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stockholm University and has additional experience in customer service and social benefits within municipal government.
