Roger Assad

Roger Assad is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Chief Legal Counsel for North America at Sandvik since December 2014. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Vice President - Deputy General Counsel at Kate Spade & Company from 2009 to July 2014, and served as VP - Law at GAF Materials Corporation from 2000 to 2008. Roger began the legal career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 1990 to 1993 and continued at Sullivan & Worcester LLP from 1993 to 1997. Roger holds a JD in Law from New York University School of Law and an AB in History and Government from Harvard University.
