Travis Needham is a Surface Drilling Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in the drilling industry, specializing in training and supervision. They have worked as an Owner/Consultant at Master Drillers since 2015, focusing on drill training and consulting to enhance safe operation and efficiency for Sandvik product users. Previously, Travis spent five years at Sandvik as a Product Support Representative, where they developed training programs and enhanced their technical knowledge of energy transfer within drilling technologies. They also co-founded DCA, emphasizing total drilling operation optimization. Travis holds diplomas in Training Design and Development, as well as Vocational Education and Training, which inform their approach to tailor effective training programs.
