Troy Montgomery

Troy Montgomery is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Sandvik since November 2002. This role involves leading a team in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on employee relations, culture, engagement, and various HR functions including performance management and remuneration.
