Stephen Whitney

Stephen Whitney is currently the VP, General Counsel at Sandvine, where Stephen leads the Legal Team and oversees all legal matters for the company. Prior to this role, Stephen gained significant international expertise in complex technology transactions as Of Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright. Stephen also has experience at BlackBerry Limited as VP & Divisional General Counsel, Devices & Emerging Solutions, where Stephen managed legal teams responsible for advising the business on various legal and business issues within the Devices and Emerging Solutions line of business. Stephen holds a Master of Law in e-Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University.
