Our sandwiches are made on Schiacciata Bread, a cousin of Focaccia.  Our Schiacciata is baked fresh in house everyday.  We have unique meats such as Salumi with fennel seed and Porchetta with liver.  Sandwich spreads such as truffle pecorino, porcini mushroom and pesto.  Tons of fresh veggies and your sandwich is finished off with fresh arugula, basil or mint.
