Sandy L.

Sandy L. has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist in Xinyi Shoe Industry. In 2010, they joined Aeontva Network Technology as an HR Department Personnel and Performance Manager. Then in 2015, Sandy joined Memoriz Technology as a Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development. They also had a role as a Strategy Talent Development Manager in Ganluomingyi Corporation for around a year in 2017. Currently, Sandy is working as the Head of Organization and Leadership Management in Shenxin Information Technology.

Sandy L. completed their Bachelor's degree in Labor and Social Security from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in the years 2005 to 2009. Sandy then pursued a higher level of education and completed a research program in Business Administration at Peking University from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are enrolled in a Master's program in Managerial Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, which they started in 2019 and is expected to finish in 2022.
