Mark Murrel is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate development and investment sector, founding Murrel Investments, Inc. in January 1990, where responsibilities include the acquisition and development of 1.5 million square feet of various properties in Southern California. Mark also founded Pacific Frontier Investments, LLC in September 2012 and serves as a Business Advisor for the biotechnology company Sanguine, providing strategic partnerships and business development assistance. As a co-founder of VMA California since January 1995, Mark has been involved in the acquisition and management of over 25 commercial properties valued at more than $250 million. Additionally, Mark has been an affiliate at Seraph VC since April 2012, engaging with early-stage companies and evaluating investment opportunities. Mark's previous role on the Investment Committee for UCI Cove Fund II spanned from September 2017 to March 2019. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California.
