Welcome to SANISYS – where transformation meets substance.

Founded in 2010 and proudly family-owned, SANISYS is a Bern-based consulting and interim management firm with over 16 years of experience guiding organisations through complex change. We work with companies, public authorities, non-profit organisations, and research & educational institutions – nationally and internationally.

We offer three core areas of expertise:

🔹 IT, Digitalisation & Project Management
We lead complex IT projects, drive digital transformation, and ensure continuity through professional change and release management.

🔹 Organisational Development, Strategy & Transformation
From strategic direction to the hands-on implementation of transformation initiatives – we support organisations in innovating, evolving, and leading change sustainably.

🔹 Interim Management
When key positions are vacant or extraordinary situations call for strong leadership, we provide experienced managers at C-level and beyond – available immediately, with full accountability.

What sets us apart? Two deeply experienced professionals – Dr. Sabine Reist and Dr. Martin Reist – with complementary expertise, broad networks, and a shared commitment to results over presentations. When a project calls for it, we draw on a trusted network of experienced specialists – ensuring the right expertise for every mandate. Every engagement is tailored to your organisation’s culture, industry, and goals. We stay until change is truly anchored.

We’d love to hear about your challenges. Reach out – we respond within 24 hours.
