John Ashton

John Ashton is currently the Strategic Research Manager at Sanitarium Health Food Company and an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University. With a distinguished background as the Chief Chemist at Sanitarium Research Laboratories from 1988 to 2000, John holds a BSc (Hons) and a PhD, both with prizes, from the University of Newcastle. John is also an accomplished author and editor, having written multiple books on topics including science, health, and technology.
