Karen Barson-Wright

Karen Barson-Wright is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Senior Business Partner in People & Culture at Sanitarium since July 2010. Previously, Karen held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner within the same organization, providing expertise to the Health and Wellbeing division. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at CREATE Foundation, where a generalist HR role was undertaken, and as HR Manager at 3D Networks (Australia) Pty Ltd, managing national HR functions.
