Here at Sanitas Hub we offer an educational mental health first aid course that teaches people how to identify and help a person who may be developing a mental health issue. 

Sanitas Hub also offers a mental health awareness course and a youth mental health course, established in 2016 we have worked with Birmingham city council, Devon & Cornwall police, Revita Clinic and SEO today. 2.6 in 100 people suffer from depression
4.7 in 100 people suffer from anxiety
1.3 in 100 people suffer from OCD
1.2 in 100 people suffer from panic disorder 
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.

In 2013, 6,188 Suicides where recorded in the UK. Of these, 75% were male and 25% were female 
Suicide is the most common cause of death for men ages 20-49 years in England and Wales 

One person in fifteen had made a suicide attempt at some point in their life.

Other organizations such as Mind, Childline and the NHS also offer support if you are suffering from a mental health issue.
