Carson Adam

Carson Adam is a seasoned professional in revenue operations, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Sanity since May 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Zeplin from November 2021 to May 2024, and Director of Revenue Operations and Data at LeadIQ between September 2019 and November 2021. Previously, Carson directed revenue operations at 15Five from January 2015 to February 2019, managing Go to Market teams and focusing on strategies for customer retention and revenue expansion. Early career roles include Manager of RevOps and Sales Development, where Carson built the Sales Development department, and Account Executive, responsible for a significant portion of company revenue. Additional experience was gained at Mimecast and Geodigital International Inc. Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with an emphasis on GIS from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2011.
